Browse the Marketplace and tap “Request a quote” on any product, or save a system from the Solar Calculator. Our team follows up with pricing.
How do rewards work?
Scan the serial number on every genuine BASEN product you buy to earn points, then redeem them for free gifts in “My Rewards”.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the steps we send to your phone.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the app, or by writing to [email protected]. We will process the request within thirty (30) days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
